"Two trips to new building. First, the employees have a terrible attitude. Also unwilling to take your order at the front register vs the kiosk. Second, the food was very burnt. I gave it to my dog and felt a little bad for doing so."

"I personally believe that after the revamp it became better. I haven't been to a taco bell in a while and had a full burrito and taco. My grilled cheese burrito was stuffed almost too full and my taco was just the same. And for once at a taco bell the taco was actually crunch, not just stale crunch."

"Decided to try out the revamped Taco Bell tonight and the drive-thru window employee needs to revamp her attitude. Handed us a bag of food that wasn’t ours, we gave the food and receipt to her and she asked us what we had. We said it’s on the receipt. She hands us our food with no sauce. So we got her attention and asked for some sauce. She throws 4 packs in the bag and sassily says, “have a good night.” before shutting the window. We asked for some more because 4 wasn’t enough. She threw more in the bag and snarkily told us to have a good night. 4 sauces for a $30 order. Not coming back."

"This taco bell is a joke. A few months back, I went through the drive through at barely after 1am, they told me the grill was closed for the night already, an hour before the restaurant closed. Came through a few days ago at 10:20pm to be told they closed early due to staffing issues when the app let me place my mobile order and there was still people inside. The orders are never made correctly and they ALWAYS leave the cinnamon twists out of the bag. I try to be understanding but when it's a negative experience every time and my food always looks like the pictures, I lose my patience."
