Urgent Care of Mountain View, Morganton

"Recently moved to the Morganton area. Used Mtn View Urgent Care for the first time this past Friday. Found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in about a half hour and had my prescription filled at the next-door Neighborhood Walmart 20 minutes later. Nice to know I have an efficient Urgent Care so close to home."

"With 3 kids I end up using this place often especially since there primary doctor is still doing coivd test for sick visit and makes us wait in car for 45+ minutes until results come back. Thats not ideal, but every single person who has cared for us here is amazing. Always kind and quick. Appreciate them so much"

"Whenever I can't get into my primary care physician this is where I go. Never had any problem minus two doctors telling me opposite things and then bad mouthing the other. However, today I called to see how long of a wait there was and the lady who answered the phone was so rude! This is something I've never experienced here and I can't believe they would have someone0l0lrude answering the phone. And I know I shouldn't hold this bad experience against the place, but I will be going somewhere else. If it's that bad on the phone I can imagine what it's like in person. I really liked this place."

"Very happy with our experience in the Morganton office. I called to see if they would see my 4 year old daughter regarding an issue with her ear and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful over the phone and told us to come in (some urgent care will not see kids under a certain age). When we got there we were welcomed and got registered with in an appropriate time. Our wait time was short, even with a couple of people on front of us, and the staff we seen in the back were very sympathetic and compassionate when it came to my daughter and with my concerns. They were able to help her and relieve her pain, despite it not being comfortable to her while they were helping her, they were able to resolve what was going on. I am so glad we chose to try this Urgent care, we've gone to others and never had a good experience, so it was nice coming out and being happy with our experience. I will never go to another urgent care, the staff is truly amazing and you can tell they are in Healthcare because they care about their patients."
