"I called to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound and potential biopsy of a new breast lump I've discovered (and researched heavily). I was told I needed a doctor's order. I told them I did not have a doctor, which is why I'm scheduling to be seen by a doctor for this issue. She let me know that new patient appointments were 4 months out. Also, I would not be able to receive the ultrasound or biopsy of the lump. Instead, I would have to pay out of pocket to chat about steps and schedule my appointment for service, when I already know the steps and I'm simply asking for service."

"Very unimpressed by their incompetent front desk. Called months and months ago to get an appointment - since they're so booked out for new patients. I got a call a week ago to confirm my appointment. I called them back the same day to confirm the appointment details because it wasn't on my calendar for the same time - confirmed the information and hung up. Called back 5 mins later to confirm the address/location, since I noticed on their website that they had multiple locations. I showed up today to the appointment, having driven 40 minutes from Hendersonville on a Monday morning, only to be told "looks like your appointment was cancelled by the patient on the phone". I know the miscommunication wasn't on my end because I clearly called back to confirm the location and had spoken to the same person - typically people don't do that when cancelling an appointment, do they? No accountability or willingness to do anything on their end except schedule me out for another few months. I now wasted valuable time and have to wait more months for another appointment. I am probably going to see if I can find a better place between now and then because of this disappointing experience. Maybe their doctors are good, but an incompetent front desk that costs me time (and therefore money) is something I cannot tolerate. I'm sure they'd still charge me per their "cancellation and missed appointment policy" if I missed a scheduled appointment - it should go both ways, unless they think their time is more important than their patients."

"I moved here a short time ago and if there was something that caused me anxiety, it was being able to find a center and a Dr that really gave me good care and confidence. This is definitely the place and Dr J. Robert Wright, Jr, exceeded my expectations!! I am happy and I feel safe, he is an excellent professional and a great human being. I recommend it to every woman who wants to feel really cared for, respected and sure of receiving the correct treatment! And the rest of the excellent staff also a great team."

"Everyone in the office was incredibly kind. The NP I saw, Salena, was especially wonderful--friendly, competent, an excellent listener, and unafraid to admit that she didn't know everything. She brought in Dr. Simmons for a consult, who was also absolutely wonderful and funny. Both worked hard to put me at ease, and I left with a treatment plan I feel good about. Also, the office was EXACTLY on time, which I don't think I've ever seen before, especially by 3:30 in the afternoon."
