"A year ago I left a one star review mainly in reference to the Pharmacy Manager Jeremy Roark. I believe in fairness. Therefore today I have updated my review as follows: It is my belief that over the past year Jeremy has made great strides in providing adequate to superior customer service. Although my experiences have not been perfect they have been most improved. I have had more bad experiences with a staff member "Natasha" She has hung up the phone on me numerous times. She routinely drops my call from the que as she did today. If this continues I will make upper management aware. I have also made Jeremy aware of her lack of professionalism.The 6 likes are not in reference to this 4 star review. I was unable to delete the older review. So I updated the old one."

"Down here for a family issue the gentleman Brian took his time and got my scripts from $70 to $23, took his time looking for any discount was blown away by the service he provided even though I know they were busy...went above and beyond to help me would be great if everyone at cvs had cared about the patients like Brian...thanks so much"

"Almost everyone that works in the pharmacy there except the Manager are Extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Had one female put her hand in my face and tell me to "hold on'. They are Definitely Not there to take care of anyone in a professional and respectful manner. They need to fire them all and start over. Worst CVS EVER!!!"

"Very Bad costumer service today when I went through the drive thru. Today I went to go pick up my prescription before I went into work and also get some Zyrtec for my allergies with a very short period of time. The girl that was checking me out was very rude to me about it, and said that I would have to come inside and get it, when I told her i don’t have much time to do that and when I told her I would show her my ID she continued to argue with me. In my opinion CVS in walkertown need better trained and professional pharmacist."
