"Everyone at Hopkins Road Animal Hospital was kind, caring and compassionate as my mother's dog neared the end of her life. They were so understanding of our situation and worked us in as needed; often without an appointment. They answered all of our questions and were available via phone whenever we needed them. We have been so impressed with their service and support and will continue to take our beloved pets here for years to come!"

"We were surprised with a cat our friend had watched get dumped at his house and immediately searched for a local vet we could have this little one checked over. Well, very soon after, we would be surprised further on how important a good vet would be; it turns out our new little buddy had neurological issues and chronic seizures. Dr A and all the ladies up front were such blessings from this discovery all the way until the end of my sweet baby’s life. They were always readily available when we really needed them, handled working with an incredibly panicked pet parent with such professionalism and grace, and loved on Dio every moment in the good times and the bad. "My cat had a stroke was paralyzed and dying I called four vets in my area including Union Cross I don't remember the other but nobody got back to me. Christie Grubbs of Fancy paws pet salon knew someone who worked at Hopkins road animal hospital, no questions asked, they took immediately. They were so kind especially since I was crying and Christy also, she picked us up at my house took us to the hospital, and took care of all charges. I will always be grateful to the Hopkin road animal hospital and Christy. I will take my other cat there if need too and I love Christy. No one has been as kind to me as she has and I only knew her four days before this. EDIT, CHRISTY GRUBS OF FANCY TAILS, TRAUMATIZED MY CAT SO BAD THAT SHE HAD A STROKE AND NEEDED TO BE PUT DOWN. AFTER 2 DAYS OF FAWNING ON ME, PAYING FOR THE VET AND HER CREMATION, DUMPED ME WHEN SHE FOUND OUT I WASN'T GOING TO SUE HER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE."

"My experience at Hopkins Animal Hospital was excellent. There was no waiting at all both times we went. The staff is professional and friendly. Very impressed with the doctors care of my dog and he is easy to communicate with. My dog was sick but within 24 hours of our visit she got better. I like that they only suggest what your pet specifically needs instead of trying to sell you the usual meds that end up in a drawer at home because they didn’t work."
