"I am giving it two stars because I AM trying to be kind. However, I have reported them and will change my pharmacy. I witnessed two assistants speak to customers about their private medical business loudly and without mercy. I should NOT know that the woman's insurance was not valid anymore and she couldn't get her medicine. I SHOULD NOT KNOW that the young girl next to me is on Lexapro and the other medicine needs to be pre-authorized. THERE IS AN ENTIRE PRIVATE ROOM that is not used for these chats...or simply speak lower to the patients. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF HIPPA AND I WILL CALL THE STATE BOARD IF NOTHING IS DONE ON THE PHARMCIST AT THIS LOCATION. He stood there and let them speak to people loudly about their business. HIS LICENSE SHOULD BE SNATCHED! You don't have to care but as someone who trains medical personnel !!!!!!! I WAS OFFENDED. So SOMETHING needs to be done ORRRRRRRRRRR state board can do it....."

"Difficult to pay using the app and it may just be my specific situation so may not apply to everyone. Most of the staff is friendly, not that the others are rude by any means, they just seem to not want to be there. I understand that. I'm sure it's not an easy job. My main issue is when I request a refill, I do it several days in advance to make sure they have enough to fill my script or at least have enough time to order so when it comes time to fill it, they'll have it. It's particularly one medication that can only be filled every 30 days. They inevitably try to run it early every time, but my insurance won't cover it until the actual date. Even when I specify that I am not picking it up until the date it's due, I still get a call or app message saying it can't be filled yet. I realize this is not the employees fault. Walgreens has policies and protocols thru have to follow."

"They make you wait every time for about 15 to 20 mins in the drive through they say I will be with you in a few mins this Walgreens suck need new people with better attitude better Service sometimes don’t have the medicine you need why can’t they stay opening like other pharmacies"

"So..... This will be my 2nd review for this store. I moved to WinstonSalem about 3.5 months ago from Florida ( Where Customers Are Last)!! I first met Sierra the pharmacist, As soon I walked in the door she just knew who I was by only speaking to me 1 time by phone..she recognized my voice immediately, we hit it off..she is GREAT and knew every answer to my questions getting familiar with a new state and new Walgreens, she is beyond just a pharmacist!!! She then introduced me to Abi who is also a pharmacist he went above and beyond transferring my scripts from Florida without a hitch he even called my Dr. to make sure I received all my refills!! Then there is Glenna and Nicole who greets me like they have known me for years, both are Extremely Personable and not to mention helpful in every way, Nicole knows my voice as soon as I say hello on the phone and mind you she's only spoke to me 2 times by phone, walking into Walgreens on Waughton St. is not a chore but a monthly visit and catch up..they are all truly beyond remarkable and everyone in N.C. needs to know this is the best pharmacy in WinstonSalem and I'm more then fortunate to receive # 1 service from Sierra,Abi,Glenna,Nicole and would like the Walgreens Corporate Office to know I demand they all receive a raise ASAP!!! You all rock!!!!"

"I've been here multiple times and they leave me speechless every time. Every other Walgreens pharmacy section has what I need behind the pharmacy counter and they do much more than just pharmacy. However this one, which "specializes" in pharmacy doesn't keep stock of there one focus, medication and the tools needed to take said medication. This location is pointless and has been a waste of time every time I decide to give it another try."
