"Let me just say that the only decent thing about this place was the doctor... nurses complaining outside our room, the girl at the don't desk was so rude. I dont know what they had to complain about. There was literally 1 person in front of us.... Just nothing but complaints from everyone.."

"Really wasn't expecting the reviews to be so low. I've been to this location, the Hazelwood location, and Mercy. This is by far the best. I went in for a dog bite almost two weeks ago. The wait was a little bit but it was to be expected because they seemed short staffed. They got me in and cleaned the bite and tried to pull it together (yes they gave me antibiotics). I had noticed it still looking gross and I went to the Mercy location because it was closer to home. They went a different route and it wasn't improving at all. I went back to this location yesterday, they gave me a referral for wound care and used a different dressing. I have already noticed major improvement. Even if you're in Waynesville, this place is usually worth the drive."

"Double Charge! Hidden fees! Charge for urgent care visit plus a separate charge for a physician bill in addition. Seems odd when you're supposed to see a physician if the first place by just being there! Go to Mercy on Russ Avenue instead! Just read the reviews!"

"I am shocked to see the low reviews for Urgent Care Canton. I have been there much more frequently than I care to admit and have always received excellent medical attention in an extremely caring and compassionate manner. I'm 46, a decent sized man at 5 10, 225 and petrified of needles. The staff at Urgent Care Canton has been understanding of my phobia and helped me through minor procedures. I cannot say enough positive things about Urgent Care. From the greeting at the door to a nurse walking you out the door, the entire experience has always been caring and professional."
