"My mother-in-law was visiting from out of state. One of her hearing aids stopped working. She was here to attend our son's wedding. Miracle-Ear was the hearing aid center that came to our rescue. The receptionist was so friendly and gave us hope that a solution could be found. We had tried another place, but they did not give us much hope. We were greeted with smiles and such friendliness when we arrived. Dr. Bonenberger was so encouraging and went out of his way to help her. He fixed the problem, examined the sore ear and told her what she might do for more help. She felt that he went out of his way and did more than what was expected for a person that was from out of state and probably wouldn't be a patient of his. She was so thankful. "My husband went in after a mailing for free hearing test (if you have Tinnitus to rule out/hearing loss or wax build-up). Confusing getting into the building (you go into the reality but go to the right) and their common area to fill out papers was not clean (employee break area). We liked the staff yet the hearing specialist was not an Audiologist. It was a good screening. We had to ask for the free $20 gift card that was advertised in the mailing. We liked the fact that Miracle Ear hearing aids are made in the US."
