"This was absolutely the most ridiculous place I have ever dealt with for mental healthcare. I called them to set up my daughter to see them with about some things she was dealing with. This was in September...... it is now November and I finally said I no longer want their services, or lack their of. They called and canceled 2 appointments the day of after taking off work. Then finally, they called to tell me that all her information was missing and I needed to come up there to fill everything out again that I sent in September. I do not recommend this place for anyone's child."
"I have to agree with the other ratings. People are pleasant. However, their effectiveness has a lot to be desired - in my experience. In a pinch they seem to try to help. But, if you are interested in disability - go somewhere else. I believe they are paid by the State to talk you out of it and make you go to work - whether you are healthy or not. Some kind of kick-back system they have going on with the State of North Carolina."
"I have a family member in crisis and they can`t find anyone to see them, been going on for over a week. We may have to go to the hospital. Everyone is willing to help until you actually ask for it."
