"Visionary leadership, nice campus in the quiet mountains. Recently reopened do to the extreme needs of TN's department of human services. Considering the needs of these kids from broken and neglectful families a positive influence by a bunch of Christians may get them on a better track. At this time the facility is "boys only", but with land to grow on and a stronger sponsor base even greater thing could happen there. As for the low ratings? The people who are complaining may be the same ones that lost their children to DHS in the first place. Call and take a tour, don't just take my word for it. Jeff"

"It is not my place to judge anyone, but as the phrase goes, actions speak louder than words, Freewill Baptist's Ministries actions on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, speaks volumes. Without warning, without conversation, without discussion until AFTER the fact, they went in and disrupted the lives and families of not only three of their employees by firing them on the spot without any notification, but also the lives of the residents that live in the assisted living facility where they worked. Two of these employees had direct contact with residents on a daily basis as the administrator and head of nursing. The residents LOVED these two ladies and these two ladies loved them. I know there are two sides to every story but as a Christian organization, I KNOW this could have and should have been handled better. Residents were left crying and upset because of this. Some were not even told about it, only heard through hear say. Families were not told. I think this is inexcusable. WE PAY for our family members to live there. We entrust that ALL decisions be made in the BEST interest of our family members. Uprooting the administrator, the person that is in charge of the facility where our loved ones LIVE and we are NOT even told about it is UNTHINKABLE!!! These ladies were vital to some of these residents daily life. Freewill Baptist Ministries will NEVER find another administrator that cared for their facility and their residents like the one they discarded to the side. They said it was for the best of the organization. I will tell you my opinion. When an organization spreads themselves too thin, they hurt people in the process of trying to get out of a hole they have dug. They better watch which way they throw the dirt, they might just end up burying themselves in the process."

"Horable so unorganized.This facility was a cake walk but that wasn't the problem it was how they ran the program .Plus their school does not keep up with your grades and you will have false grade averages.I've been to a good amount of facilities and this one beats them all in lack of trying and organization."
