"Reaching the office is a nightmare. The staff don’t return calls and prescriptions not promptly addressed. Very dissatisfied."

"This place seemed to be ok at first. You really don't have much to choose from here. The doctor we like went all telephone appointments after us being with her a couple years. We did one phone appt and it wasn't working out so well. The next one we missed the call and called right back but couldn't get the right person. They finally called us and said we would just do it the next day. The next day they were going to charge us $89 for missing the one the day before in addition to the charge for a 2 minute phone call the next day. I said we weren't going to do that and that we would just find another place. That the phone appt thing wasn't working out. Three days later I received a letter in the mail saying that they couldn't provide service to us anymore and the reasoning said "inappropriate behavior". What? All we did was decide to not use them anymore and now they have something like "inappropriate behavior" in a medical record when nothing of the sort happened. We simply didn't want to use them anymore. I would stay away from this place. Far away."

"This place is a joke the address isnt right in the map. I was trying to find it for 30 minutes and when i finally did i was late. I took off of work to come here and they wanted me to reschedule. Update the address on google maps and maybe your clients wont be late."

"You know this is an emotional health center!!!!! First appointment was rush rush rush rush. Not sure the lady even knows anything about me. Threw me on an ADHD medication and some other anxiety medication only to live a nightmare these past few weeks on the ADHD medication. Just stopped my previous medication without taper, wish I wouldn't have listened. I never even took the second medication from the nightmare of side effects from ADHD medication. I went to this center for a reason ISSUES!!!!! Not getting no where on time Not having the drive to do anything Being extremely irritable all the time. My anxiety is up and down, up and down. But I get to the office 9 minutes late and of course I need to reschedule. I'm sorry my appointment was only 9 minutes long?????? I mean really she rush talks anyways so it wasn't like she needed me to do anything but sit there and give short one to two word answers. Then use me as a medication g-p. Welp.... just another place where they're just looking for the money to make not caring about the million factors that happens with emotional patients. Not surprised I had to be put off over 9 min. Explains why the parking lot is empty a big portion of the day every day! I'm done trying these places for anxiety. I'll just deal with it the rest of my life because help isn't East or understanding"
