"Went in for a service that was listed on their website. I get there and the nurse is basically like what do you want us to do about it it. She called the Dr who was in the other room and was laughing and giggling while i was in the room. Then I ask for referrals to someone who can help she gave me none. She was rude and very uncaring."
"I made my 1st appointment at Minute Clinic for a wellness exam. I was highly-impressed with how caring and thorough the Dr. was. I wasn't expecting much from CVS but was blown away at the care and sincere concern the Dr. gave me. Thank you"
"This is the second and last time I come here both times I have done online appointments and set here for 1 hour plus waiting . one person other than me in waiting room waste of time should just go to your normal doc it will most likely take less time minute clinic more like 1 hour hafe or more clinic with an appointment"
"My son recieved the worst possible care from Karen Lewis NP, she was extremely rude, and uncaring. All because I would not force my son who is under age to wear a mask.( She wanted to refuse medical care but the other employees would not let her.) When he has 2 documented breathing problems listed on his medical history documents. She said maybe 3 sentences to my son and I. On top of it all she didnt even bother explaining his condition and how to treat it. She Told us, "If it gets worse to see our PCP, where we would have the freedom to refuse masks there." Her fellow employees even felt bad for us and called the manager on the spot and told us if we needed to we could come back come on Thursday when she would not be working. Which let's me know it is a big problem with this lady. I love how quick and easy minute clinic is for simple things, I have never had this issue before here. Please minute clinic choose better NPs."
"I have been feel sick for over a week, I went in today the first time was a 90 minute wait, so i went home and checked in online and I still waited at least 20 additional minutes when I got there 10 minutes earlier than my "appointment". The nurse practitioner was very unpleasant. I have no insurance and completely wasted 129 dollars to be told try some probiotics and her to send in some nausea medication I really didnt even need."
