"If I could give no stars I would. This place is terrible and yes people are right Patricia is a rude woman she picks and chooses who she wants to pass. I took my skills and written test 5 years ago. Every single girl in my group failed the written exam and somehow by the grace of God passed the skills test! One of the girls even made a comment telling me that I should have been nicer to her!!!! Unbelievable!!! If you're planning to get your CNA license save your money and go elsewhere....."

"Just finished taking a 8 week Saturday only course here took my state exam on 11/14 and passed the written & skills exam! And I owe that to Mrs Patricia. She made sure she explained everything in great detail and taught us everything we needed to know to be successful and if you didn’t understand she would explain it to you again! She was very welcoming and understood if you didn’t know everything that’s what she’s there for to teach you! Please don’t let some of these horrible reviews deter you away from this amazing school!"

Going into it I was so bitter about having to take this class to continue on my journey for nursing school since I have been a Medical Assistant for 12 years now and felt I should get to bypass this step, but to say that Ms. Patricia turned that around for me is an understatement. She is absolutely wonderful!!! She demonstrated the skills needed, gave us the information we needed and tips to be successful!! "Attending Umanah was an exciting & enjoyable experience. My classmates were much fun to be with. The teacher, Patricia is super competent, straightforward & generous with her time (free extra training before the finals) & popcorn. The staff is very helpful & friendly. The facility is big, clean & well-furnished for the classes. I did not like the short notice of the date change for the final exam due to my work schedule, but Patricia had told us she didn't have total control over that. I feel she really did her best to inspire us with confidence & to prepare us to pass the final exams at the very first try. I highly recommend Umanah.
