Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Myers Park

"Let me tell you about how AMAZING the customer service is at Aqua Tots Myers Park. I accidentally made a purchase for a gift card from a separate location of Aqua Tots, which did not work at the Myers Park location. The folks at Myers Park immediately escalated the issue, got it resolved, and took actions to make sure the mistake could not happen again. I was FLOORED. Very few places truly take ownership of resolving issues on their own, especially when it involves a customer-caused mistake. They do, and I really appreciate that. Also, the swim classes are great. The facilities have everything you need and nothing you don't. My daughter has been in class since she was 5 months old. She's nearly 2 and can already self-rescue if she falls into deep water. As a safety-focused parent, this means everything to me. We love Aqua Tots."

"My son had a blast during his first lesson! Staff is courteous, class sizes are great, the coaches love what they do and that shows. My son said his coach was great, experienced, had a lot of patience and showed (as opposed to only telling) him what to do. When he didn't fully get one set of instructions, she explained it again in an even clearer way."

"Fourth swim lesson! My grandson has already come a long way. He is holding his breath and becoming very comfortable in the water. Great place for kids to learn to swim."

"Layla loves coming to swim class! She asks me everyday if we’re coming. The staff are all very friendly and work great with the kids especially since it’s 4 kids to 1 teacher sometimes it can be a little hard since they’re all excited or sometimes afraid, but they do a good job making sure everyone is safe. My daughter had her first class with Coach Tiffany and she was amazing! Layla get so excited in the water that she loses focus and jumps right in instead of waiting and Coach Tiffany was very patient with her despite that. She is a coach that I noticed really was focused on her improvement instead of just going through the motions. It can be hard with so much turn over there but I wish I could have Coach Tiffany with Layla everyday!"
