"Good PT place and great therapists. Pretty laid back and comfortable environment BUT the appointment NEVER starts on time. It's beyond frustrating to sit in a waiting room for half an hour before PT starts. Especially since they want you there "20 minutes early" so you can wait even longer for whatever reason. It becomes a 45 minute wait most of the time! Aside from that- 5stars.."
