"My granddaughter attended Charlotte Christian from K-4th grade. My sister was the 3rd black person to graduate from there in 1997. This school is harmful to black students. I thought they had changed. They have NOT!"
"Listed on run clt that the public can come use the track when the school isn't. We live in the neighborhood and tried to go run repeats. After 2 laps a security guard came and told us to leave. That it was private and only for people who paid. Guess community matters little to the Charlotte "Christians." Love of money...."
"So far, I have loved this school with all my heart. The Life Science Museum, the field trips, the food. I mean the education is just brilliant! The teachers and staff are kind, compassionate and wholehearted. (Yes, this is a student)"
"This school subjected me, and countless other black students, to verbal and sometimes physical racial attacks. I would never recommend this school for black children, children of color, nor families interested in the best education for their children. The administration across all three schools made it clear that my black experience (and those of other black students) was nowhere near their priorities in terms of bettering campus. And through my sisters, years later attending, things have not improved."
