"I came for an urgent care visit and I called from my car. They answered then hung up. Walked in and one was working but the other lady was ordering food instead of checking people in. On top of that the person ordering food had it on speaker phone so they could hear people giving their personal health information to the other clerk. I get that people need lunch but when you have multiple patients needing to check in that is not professional."

"waited for almost 2 hours after being told no need to make an appointment we are a first come first serve office. In those 2 hours I saw 3 people with kids come in and then out after seeing the doctor while I waited with my sick child (one even asked how long I had been waiting before she went in) to be lied to when I asked about it. The lady checked in an hour before me even though she parked beside me and I heard her check in after I did. ridiculous"

"My son was very sick. I was told by Lenoir Family Medicine to call to check in. I lost count of how many times I called in a 30 minute period...no answer. I even called the doctor's office to see if something was wrong with the phones. They told me to go inside and check in, and when I did the two women up front were sitting there talking. They were extremely rude and told me I had to take my son to the ER and that my calls had interrupted a meeting. Maybe don't work at an urgent care facility, "ladies." Wish I could give ZERO STARS."

"Brought husband for cough and chest pain all they did was an urgent covid test and a mail out one had to wait in parking lot for 20 mins only to call say its negative and they will have the 2nd results in approx 5 days... and will call us then if its negative to set up an appt. They are not seeing anyone until after both tests are back and receptionist very rude...never again... we went across town and got seen"

"I guess it is time to change practices. You can no longer get in to your family doctor when sick with sinus infection. I have been waiting for 4 hours and yet to even be called in. This practice was so much better 5-10 years ago. You felt like the doctors cared about patients."
