"Imagine being hired by an insurance company that expected you to learn 2-4 weeks of adjuster licensing exam material and pass the test within one weeks time and the insurance company says you are not allow studying off the clock because it has to be reported as time. To make matters worse the vendor of the pre-licensing course divides the material into maybe 50 sections averaging 8-12 questions per section and requiring you to pass every single section with nothing less than 100% accuracy or you will not be allowed to view the next section. Oh, it gets worse, you are also forced to answer a 20 question quiz pertaining to how to navigate their site and what to not bother emailing their customer service about (which comes across like they are annoyed with responding to paying customers emails) which you are forced to waste precious time studying because if you don’t score 100% on that 20 question quiz you cannot move to the next sections where the actual course material starts and they also inserted a similar road block at the end of the course material prior to taking the pre-licensing portion. The requirement to have a perfect score to move on to the next section is not something I’ve seen with any other reputable pre-licensing course I’ve done in the past. I would honestly quit my job if I was ever forced to use this company for future licensing needs. To all the customers and potential customers, do yourself a favor and use Adjuster Pro or ExamFX for your pre-licensing needs instead. That’s just my opinion, I think I’m allowed to have one or at least freedom of speech in America."

"Great course! I passed the first time with a higher score than what I placed on any of the practice exams. The course is well structured and by following the outline, I was very well prepared."

"Those lazy cheapskates! That's what I think of their practice of using robots to voice all their training. Like nails on a chalkboard to my ears, the whole time. Why, on earth, couldn't you just have the person who typed what the computer was supposed to say...just say it themselves? No matter how bad their voice might be, it has to be 1000 times better than artificial intelligence. The information was fine, and I passed my exam with flying colors, but I wouldn't give them any of my money if it meant having to sit through that again."

"Very good course and prepared me very well for my state test. The only critique would be to place all the info needed in the slides. The way it is now they have some information in the audio portion. Sometimes it can be hard to concentrate for long periods on a monotone computerized voice. Aside from that small thing the course was fantastic."
