Walmart Pharmacy

"TERRIBLE SERVICE. They used to have a Great pharmacist named Grant there. Since he left, this location really sucks. They notify you that meds will be reordered in a day or two then never get them. Used to love this pharmacy, now cant stand them. They NEVER NEVER NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE."

"My husband takes a very needed medication. He went 3 weeks without it because of the Mt. Airy NC pharmacy. They claimed when we kept trying to fill it at (Walgreens instead), that they didn't have the prescription on file. When in fact they not only billed for the medication they never filled, but got paid for by our insurance company. It took 3 weeks for the insurance company to realize what Walmart pharmacy had done."

"I was having a difficult time getting a prescription filled due to my insurance, but Sherman, Ruth Ann and Jeremy were all so helpful and nice and kept working on my situation until they made sure I left with the medication I needed! They are an awesome staff!!!!"

"The staff was extremely friendly and egar to help me with my questions. The pharmacist was quick to offer his expertise when questioned about new medication and very helpful with giving me positive feedback with my concerns. They even have pharmacy parking spaces to pull in and they will walk your medications out to you. It was very helpful considering how sick my mother was and her not needing to be around others for them to walk out to her vehiclr. So yes, I would recommend using Walmart Pharmacy to anyone who asks. Sending a big thank you to the Pharmacy staff for such a positive encounter!"

"My pregnant granddaughter was extremely sick and needed her medicine that the hospital sent in for her. Her husband went to get it for her around 6:35 or 6:40. They said they couldn’t find it. He gave them the nurse’s name and phone number, that she had given just in case something went wrong. They sent him to the back of the line. After waiting on the two people that got in front of him, they looked at him and told him they were closing. They weren’t checking on that tonight. It was totally heartless. They probably would have helped a sick dog but they weren’t willing to help my extremely sick, pregnant granddaughter. Totally rude, totally unconcerned, totally uncompassionate, totally ridiculous!! And I will NEVER patronize them!! You can be that way with me and I may stay quiet but you will not treat my baby like that and me not let everyone know. I gave them one star but they don’t deserve that."
