We payed nearly 5k cash for LASIK, but they're trying to swindle us for more -after admitting they told us wrong. No tact whatsoever."

"I’ve been wearing glasses for 24 years and never had such a horrible experience. I went because they seem to have a good reputation.. they are so set in shuffling people thru like a herd that people skipped in front of me when my name was called and they didn’t say anything until an hour later when I was finally seen. I was there for 2 hours all together and the doctor only stepped into the room for less than two minutes. I went with concern of burning and watering and she said I have dry eye?! Don’t know the logic there because she didn’t Speak to me or treat me like a human. She shouted it to the tech in the room. 2 people took my glasses and didn’t even clean them. Even at off brand, walk in clinics they clean my glasses so well I wonder if I even need a new prescription. I had looked forward to this for over a year and could not be more disappointed. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a second opinion. Even though they couldn’t file my insurance properly either… Save yourself the trouble and research other places."
