At 1:30 p.m. the office was still dark. I called the # on the door and the # online and only got a recording and then it hung up. NO possible way to talk to a live person. I waited 25 minutes and left. The office was still dark. This is not a professional way to run a business. I understand things come up, but there should always be a way to contact a live person during business hours. It is now after 3 pm and no-one has called me back to let me know there was a problem today."
