"I LOVE this store! The other day I went in to return something from online shopping. I was met by 3 very nice sales representatives that encouraged me to try on a different size or style. None of these women were pushy at all, but instead asked open ended questions trying to find out my individual needs for this dress I was returning. Without pressure, but with encouragement, I tried on other styles and colors and soon bought more than I was returning but FOR A BETTER PRICE. I am thrilled with my purchases and learning that I had accrued credits from years of spending at their sister stores. I was able to apply those credits and felt great about my purchases. This staff wasn't just focused on sales but the EXPERIENCE of shopping within their store..this level of customer service is rarely seen in stores any longer.
