"My children were OVER AN HOUR LATE** coming home.. during that time I’m both calling them and their school trying to LOCATE MY CHILDREN!! it is 4:19 and the fact y’all CHOOSE and yes I said CHOOSE to IGNORE PHONE CALLS.. is absolutely Ridiculous!!! Over AN HOUR***"

"Apparently they don’t do house stops anymore which is not ideal for elementary students. The way the world is set up I wouldn’t let my kids walk and sit at the corner and wait on the bus where I can’t see them. And I’m not able to sit with them due to me having a baby that I will not take out this early in this weather nor will I leave her in the house by herself. Y’all really need to rethink y’all system.I under for middle schoolers and high schoolers and barely for them."

"This school year has came with many challenges but Mrs Michelle at the Transp Center has been great! She has done an amazing job at communicating issues and changes to the best of her ability. Which is a huge improvement from last year! There were last minute changes made and she and the bus drivers communicated the information to us quickly and effectively. I voiced my concerns about the changes and had an answer within 12 hours via email. I appreciate the improvements made by the depart. of transportation this year. Their communication and problem solving had definitely improved!"

"Nobody will ever answer the phone. I called during the week at 415 because my son left his laptop on the bus, 18 mins later still no answer and they supposedly close around 6. 6:30am I call in the morning, still no answer and they open at 530am. They should have someone in the office to talk to."

"Over the passed 4 years my children have ridden the bus only 2 drivers they had actually were awesome and on time. The rest are rude and will purposely drive passed your kids not picking them up just to make time at the school. I Know this job probably is aggravating but don't be a driver if you don't have the cognitive sense to make a pre planned route prior to your shift so EVERY kid can get to school like they deserve to."
