"First and foremost, I just want to say the back medical staff were phenomenal. But that lady at the front desk did not catch her name with black short curly hair was super rude, unprofessional, and just not friendly. While waiting a long time to be seen, she was on the phone, I’m guessing with her boyfriend due to her saying next date night we need to go to night secrets. Also while eating at the desk and being on her phone. When arriving, I explain to her. Employee health had sent me there to get Covid and her response was well why would they send you here?. I arrived a little bit before 1130 and did not leave until about 245. The time was extensive considering just the amount of testing that was done. I will definitely be just sticking with robbins and not coming back here. The wait time was ridiculous and the front desk staff member was enough for me. Natalie was amazing and the other two staff members that were in the back as well were super sweet, very professional and kept apologizing about the wait I understand people get busy and things happen which all at all I’m not too worried about. It was just the unprofessionalism of the first worker a call that I had came in contact with when arriving."

"The front desk receptionist, the lady with black short hair is very unprofessional and in top of that she is racist. For the record the medical staff are great. She obviously doesn't have any people skills, I don't understand how she is at the front desk checking patient. Also she alway expects people to have a book appointment. Wait! I thought the clinic was urgent care. Look out for that nasty women people."

"I went to Southfork urgent care this afternoon. They couldn't take anymore patients today so I asked to make an appointment for tomorrow. They told me they couldn't make an appointment. But they told me to just walk in. How can you see a doctor by just walking in if you can't see one by making an appointment ? I went home and called Dr. Christopher office to make an appointment. They said he didn't have an opening tomorrow. And that they didn't make the day before appointment s. Dr. Christoph told me they had in reserve 2 appointment s in the morning s and 2 appointment s in the afternoons for patients that were sick. That must be a joke. I asked him just last week if he was getting so many new patients that he couldn't have time for folks when they were sick. He laughed and said oh no. If you ever need to see me just call. Yea, right. Guess I'll be looking for a Dr. That really cares."

"I would agree with reviews of several months ago but now it is different. If you are in need of urgent care GO TO THE ER AND WAIT SEVERAL HOURS. Still quicker than getting an appointment here or being seen!! URGENT CARE MY FOOT!! Why is it called an urgent care if you have to have an appointment to be seen. Also the hours posted on the door says 8 am until 7:30 pm Mon - Fri but we were told they close at 5 pm. The first time I saw Dr. Christoph it was very good but now he has more patients than he can take care of. Can’t get in to see him either He told me if I needed him to call and he would see me but I guess that was just a sales pitch."
