"Tony personally called me to apologize for the misunderstanding in not being able to reschedule my SUP lesson on Thursday. Not only did he refund my fee, but offered a free lesson and his mother Barb met me at the Marina and made sure I was able to make it to the drop in location without having to drive through flooded streets, which was the reason for the issues we had Thursday. I’m very appreciative that they were willing to make it right, and pleasantly surprised given that there are so many people and businesses who just don’t seem to care about anything but the bottom line. I’m updating my rating to five stars because it was just a misunderstanding and they went above and beyond to make it right. The instructor for this morning was a young man who was very mature, knowledgeable and pleasant to converse with as I practiced my SUP skills. He provided a lot of useful information about paddle boarding in this area, and I definitely recommend and will be sending my own family and friends to this establishment in the near future."

"My daughter had a 1hour private lesson with John yesterday and LOVED it! It was only her second time surfing. He was very patient and professional, starting with the basics and then moving out to the waves. She got up multiple times. She was all smiles the rest of the day. She is begging to do it again soon."

"We had the BEST experience with Tony Silvagni Surf School! My daughter turned 7 while we were on vacation in Carolina Beach and her birthday wish was to learn how to surf. We signed her up for a private lesson and she LOVED it! She learned so much from her instructor and even caught some waves! I was impressed that they had her standing up in surfing within the first 20 minutes of the lesson. She loved it so much that we came back the next day for one more private lesson before we had to check out of the beach house. We had a different instructor the second day, but he was equally as wonderful. Thank you for making her first surfing experience such a positive one! We will be back!"
