"We’ve been eating the Taco Bell breakfast boxes for about 3-4 days while traveling because it’s the cheapest option that fills us up. The morning of February 8th I’m not sure who was working but they really surprised us! Service was fast and polite and then when we ate the food it was actually really good! The hash brown in the crunch wrap was actually crunchy instead of mush like we’ve had the last few places. The food was HOT. There was some kind of creamy salsa in the crunch wrap that we haven’t had in it before which was so good! And they gave us breakfast salsa without asking (we didn’t even know this was an option since we don’t eat out normally). I have zero expectations for fast food but this was so shockingly enjoyable!"

"This taco bell used to be alright. I've been 3 different times now to get something. Everytime its messed up. The cheesey gordita crunch never has enough spicey ranch on them. They've been real dry. Also the cheese is never melted on them either. Then I wanted to try the Strawberry twists. But there is NOTHING on them except 2. Also the little chicks who work second window 2-3 needs to learn customer service. They are supposed to ask if you want any sauce. She handed me my bag "thank you have a good day" shut the window in my face. I'm over calling and getting my order replaced. They either need new crew or to just shut down I'm tired of wasting money"

"Extremely slow service. Was here over an hour waiting for food. One person in our group ordered 1 quesadilla and waited an hour for it to be ice cold. Desperately need more staff and better time management. There were only 2 people waiting on food when we entered. By the time we got our food two 5+ party groups walked out and 5 others were waiting on food."
