"I only have experience using their Telehealth system for sessions over zoom. The website itself is very easy to use and navigate. I would love to say that my therapist is good as well but I have only been able to complete 1 session with him out of the 4 I have scheduled. The email to join the call will constantly give an expired link to the waiting room. Everyone has been very nice otherwise. The Telehealth system of scheduled appointments NEED to be sorted out."

"Called even went to the Clemmons office to get help…they told me I had to wait 7 to 10 days so I waited finally someone called on the 10th day…I was so relieved when I saw the number come up. I answered he was like do you still need our services I said I have been waiting for 10 days for someone to call me he said well all we have is virtually right now I said I really need to talk to someone in person. They said okay we will put you on the list it’s been since July 19th haven’t heard a word. Doctors refer you here but they have no clue how these people are. Just look at all the other reviews."

"Even if you cancel with a 48 notice you will be billed for the full session. Call billing to complain " you retarded white people always trying to get out of paying your bills" No quality control and activie hate speech from the billing department If you have any learning disabilities except the billing department to mock you. The billed by insurance 950 dollars for a 45 minute session I canccel 2 days in advance. Love the staff but a 200 an hour bill for someone with a bachelor's degree to act like a chat generated counselor would still be too much muchness the nigh $1000 they are charging a session."

"Love my dr and therapist here and have been a patient for many years now, as well as another family member. However, before choosing them please know they have somewhat aggressive billing practices and if you do not pay for most appointments in ADVANCE you may get (nicely) harassed by billing staff. But my therapist is worth the hassle."

"They have an impressive website and sound caring and holistic, but it ends there. I did a lot of research after my daughter spent 10 days in an inpatient facility and Mood Treatment Center sounded like a dream online. We were told she could not see Dr. Aiken because she didn't meet his criteria or something so she saw other providers within the group and my daughter seemed to like them okay. She missed her third appointment which we paid for but the first two appointments it seemed the billing department could not get it right so they have refused her further treatment. Her last treatment was in August last year. I have made repeated calls to our insurance and to the Mood Treatment Center and even have had a three way call. Seven months later they still cannot get it figured out and my daughter still goes without treatment after spending 10 days in an impatient treatment center. Julie and Ashley don't seem to care in billing. Just give it more time they say."
