"I was served by Tina. totally rude, hung up the phone just asked a question, when I called to find out why she hung up, she said she didn't have time to waste."

"Disappointed in the lack of customer/patient service. Drove from out out of town to meet elderly parent at appointment. Normally have to wait to be seen anyway, but was told after parent arrived 15 minutes late that she would have to be rescheduled. Mind you appointments only last max 10 minutes. They refused to see her and next available appointment was 4 months out. Previous issues with lack of attention on prescriptions to include dosage effectiveness, unavailable medication (Ozempic), and renewals to ensure consistent access to needed medication. Requested release of all records and both parents will go elsewhere. Looking for a primary care physician in Wilkes that genuinely cares for human patients instead of the robotic "you are just another number" service that this establishment has come to provide. I too was a patient here with another Doctor for years until they transitioned to Wake Med and left for similar reasons. If looking, I recommend looking elsewhere."

"Staff was not friendly over the phone. I tried to call to help out an employee, the lady that answered was very unkind. I was simply trying to see if there was anything that could be done on my end to help the process. Not professional phone etiquette"

"Horrible experience with staff. Refused to schedule an appointment for my wife without first seeing her medical records. I requested an appointment at the exact same time under the exact same conditions and was scheduled almost right away. Both of us had not been seen by a doctor previously for the same amount of time, and when we were seen before it was by the same doctor (not this one). Neither of us have any preexisting conditions or maintenance meds, and we have the same insurance; our applications were even hand- delivered by me at the exact same time. The applications were almost identical except for our names. Staff refused to explain why they were treating my wife differently and would not allow me to speak to the doctor. They also hung up on me several times without cause. I cancelled my appointment after being treated this way. If you enjoy being treated differently for no reason and not getting any explanation for this, you have found your doctor. Otherwise, I'd suggest looking elsewhere."
