"i’m reading some of the reviews and i used this office so i could get look at further by other doctors. these family doctors are normally just here to refer you to someone else or help with a simple cold or a yearly check up. i’ve had some trouble on the phone trying to get things fax over but i’m sure that can happen anywhere. i spoke to my nurse more than my actual family doctor but i’ve heard that can be normal when you just need to be referred. i found this place to be pretty helpful and peaceful as well. i was in and out in an hour and got everything i needed to be referred and looked at in Winston. i even got a refill on my medicine i need for the moment with little questions asked."

"The only thing this place is good for is if you just want a RX with out them actually doing any testing or diagnostic. Just ask for what you want and they will give it to you and collect your money. They reffered us to a surgeon for an issue with in their network and that surgeon didn't even do surgery on that part of the body. They don't care and they just want your money. Practicing medicine isn't their concern. It's just collecting money and getting you in and out the door."

"Went there yesterday for the first and last time ever. The staff was very nice but the "so called dr" was the most uncaring, insensitive person I've ever met in my life!! I left Absolutely disgusted and cried the whole way home. Worst experience ever!"
