"As the Director of this facility, I would have to say we have one of the best daycare's in the county. My teachers are well qualified and have many years of experience. Some of our children have been here since birth and still are attending for our afterschool services. Of course we are not going to be able to exceed everyone's expectations and I am very sorry that we weren't able to satisfy Ms. Sandra Woods standards. I feel as if I did everything to address your concerns. I really don't think you gave us the opportunity to make you happy being that we were the second facility that your child had attended. From my understanding you weren't satisfied with them also. On the other had, Ms. Katie Soto I never had the privilege to take care of your precious children. I feel as if you were just asked to write a bad review. I am very sorry that you both feel the way you do. I encourage everyone to consider our services and stop by to observe our facility. We take pride in our children and we do our very best to keep them safe while learning through play and enjoying being a child. Our doors swings on welcome hinges. PLEASE before you consider any reviews that you have read come see for yourself."
