I called Nautique Parts and you guys get one to me in two days - amazing timing, salvaging my ability to use the boat on vacation! "I’ve never bashed or have left a bad review for any company so this goes to show how bad my experience was with this one. The boat dealership I purchased my boat from ordered a set of gauges from this company. I didn’t like them so I tried exchanging them. A gentleman by the name of Townsend was helping me out and he said they could exchange them if I sent it back and I would pay for the difference because the one I liked was more expensive. I went ahead and paid for shipping to send the parts back. A couple days later a lady by the name of Ashley emailed me stating Townsend no longer worked there and they had issued a refund back to the card it was ordered from because the new parts were on back order... well the refund went back to the boat dealership. Then after an extremely long time of emailing back and forth I was able to finally talk to Phil who basically said they were doing everything as a courtesy and couldn’t do anything for me. I understand the exchange of the gauges was a courtesy, but at that point I just wanted my old gauges back or the money. To summarize I’m out $500 and they didn’t do a single thing to fix the mistake Ashley did."

"I ordered a propshaft and a strut bearing on 7/12/2020 I payed $190.00 for fedex priority overnight shipping. Today 7/14/2020 I recieved half my order on time. I'm missing the propshaft. Now NautiqueParts wont respond to me at all. They not answering there phones or responding to emails."
