"The staff will discriminate against Black people. I purchased something 3 days ago, and was told I could get refund. I came back to the store and the Hispanic lady points to a yellow sign describing final sale on categories of items that didn’t apply to me. But regardless, the told me she accepts returns, she should honor that. Another man says I can get store credit. Well none of that stuff I really want. They watch me look through things, like I’ll steal. I finally just get something that’s not hideous, even though it’s not full store credit. I tell the store merchant (Y. Lee) you can keep your money, but I will give the most negative review I can muster, he just laughs. Now I see why, they have tons of negative reviews, what’s one more? Please dont spend money here, they don’t understand the value of return customers over losing a couple dollars. Update: The commenter Y. Lee left a fake positive review right after I just did mine. He’s the store merchant."

"I purchased a dress for my daughter's 8th grade dance while visiting Charlotte. The employees were helpful & the prices were reasonable. A lot of the dresses had orange stickers on the tag. However, the dress I purchased was marked up about $20. I didn't notice until I got home and looked at the price that was under the orange sticker. Just know you you may be paying more if you choose to shop there."

"I’ve shopped here before and had a fine enough experience but the Latinx lady all the negative reviews are about is SO RUDE!! She was on her phone the whole time and then kept pestering me to leave while I was in the dressing room 15 minutes before closing time. I needed an outfit for work the next day and literally left with nothing because I was so frustrated. Never coming back."

"I went to American Diva today to get a quick fit and as I’m shopping the worker didn’t greet me as I walked in nor went out the way to acknowledge me. But when It was time for me to try on the clothes the worker TOLD me that she didn’t think I could fit into the items I was looking to try on and went to the extent to take the clothing out of my hand and told me if I break I buy, then proceeded to ask me if I was sure I can fit into the items because she felt as if I was to big to wear them. So yet again all my heavy set, plus size, and even small figures woman STOP shopping there."
