"I would give a 10 star if I could. My PC had a problem and I contacted HP and Microsoft before taking it to Steve. A Microsoft agent accessed the PC and spent over 7 hours trying to resolve the issue, and he couldn’t. His recommendation was to take it to a repair shop, and I did. It was a tough one, Steve said, but he fixed it within a half a day! He saved my PC and saved me hundreds from purchasing new equipment. A cost of the repair was very reasonable too! I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism, and I am glad that we have a local business where we can see and talk in person! Highly recommend!!"
