"Absolutely horrible experience. My husband had waited for well over a month and a half to be seen for every issue to be pushed off like it doesn’t even matter and basically told they couldn’t help him and it wasn’t that big of a deal. Dr kunkle is horrible and doesn’t take time to listen or help the patient figure out their issues. Waste of time and money to even attempt this place if you have actual issues you want taken care of. Go somewhere else. I’d give zero stars if I could."

"This place is a joke. Dr. Kunkle didn't take me seriously at all, and told me nonchalantly he has no idea (but he acted he couldn't care less). I called Boone Urology on the way home and told them what happened and they were able to get me taken care of."

"The hospital had put an internal Foley catheter in and scheduled me to see a urologist (Dr Kunkle) yesterday. He did not want to take the catheter out and when I told him that's what I wanted to do, he basically just got up and stomped out of the room. He also has a Winston office which he wanted to set up an array of visits and test I just wanted my Foley catheter took out before my plumbing completely quit working and I can get back to the way it did work for 32 years using a external catheter with leg bag and bed bag On my visit I wanted to ask a few questions, but Dr Dr kunkle left the room right after I told him what I would like to know about. He was only in the room about 5 minutes and left the room very fast"

"Great staff but they need to be more on top of their calls and stuff. Try calling them after waiting for a week for test results for a UTI (while burning worse each day) and they won’t never hardly pick up the phone when I know their lobby is almost always empty and someone’s always at the desk."
