"I had two children enrolled here. At the time a 3 and 1 year old. Around the time my 3 year old was diagnosed with autism the sunshine house began what felt like a harassment campaign to get us to pull him out of school. We would recieve daily phone calls from the school saying things like "we need you to pick up your child, he keeps taking off his shoes." Or other trivial complaints. This happened everyday, often not even an hour after his arrival. This dispite him not having these behaviors while in our care. I expressed my concern about this to the director who told me she believed I was a liar. I became concerned that if this was the behavior they were willing to allow me to see, I was afraid of what might be happening when I wasn't around, so I pulled both of my children from their care. Also, I was told by a former assistant that the teacher had previously described my child as disgusting to her in a conversation. I would think twice before sending your children here."

"My daughter attended for 2 weeks and did not like coming here. I placed a voice recorder in her teddy bear and after listening to the audio I Immediately took her out. My baby cried for 6 hours and nobody bothered to call me and I was told every day she had a good day only to find out she was being ignored and left to cry for hours. I listened to the teacher completely ignore my child after she said her nose was running 5 times and the workers response was "it doesn't matter just lay day and take your nap". I also heard her say she hates when the kids whine my daughter is only 2. She also told my child that she didn't have time for her when all she did was ask when is my mommy coming back. Those were just a few things that were said. If the workers don't have patience or know how to show compassion for kids then why are they allowed to be in the classroom with them? Despite the bad reviews I wanted to give them a try and hate that I did."

"Sunshine House has been an amazing facility for my 1 year old son. All of the staff are amazing and loving i love the app it’s always keeping me informed with pics of him and his daily activities. I love how they make it a safe and fun environment for my son. It gives me a peace of mine! I love this place"

"I love this location. They have done everything to help me and my son. My son has to take medication for his asthma throughout the day and they make him very comfortable while giving him his medication. The directors are also very helpful. No missed communication at all. My son also loves his teachers and they love him."

"Sunshine House of Rock Hill has been a blessing for my daughter. My daughter started at Sunshine House a year ago-she is 23 months old now- and I am so pleased with her development verbally, behaviorally and emotionally since being part of their program. Firstly, I can tell the Sunshine House staff genuinely care about the children. When I drop my daughter off in the morning she is always greeted enthusiastically. I am also greeted and I find the staff warm friendly and open to talking about any specific needs of your child. Communication with Sunshine House is easy via their app, and getting pictures of my daughter through the day is comforting. I feel secure knowing my baby is in their care.
