"Have did business with rivers several times. And this was the last time. They forgot about my order that was really needed, lost it under some papers they said, 3 days ago. Was told they would get it the same day when I called and checked on it. went and checked on it since I didn’t leave a number that they could call me back with, and she had a nasty attitude! In front of customers in the store said she hadn’t had time and had no plans on getting to it! 4 hours since I first called. Made a comment about just calling up there a few mins ago. 4hrs tho. Went elsewhere in town had it done in a hour. Disrespectful customer service."
