"highly unprofessional. I am a case investigator who works in richmond county, and I called to seek assistance for a man who just had a stroke and is suicidal. I called before closing hours, but was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail stating the urgency of the situation, but was not called back upon opening the next day. When I called again, I was informed that, "I don't know, we just help with addicts, and stuff..." and no other counseling was offered. Great, thanks."
