"Most of the employees are rather nice and helpful, that's the ONLY reason I'm giving them two stars. Because if I were rating the short spiky haired girl that calls herself a manager, they will allow anything as management in my opinion if they hired her. I've never wrote but maybe two bad review's now. Its just not me to give someone a bad review just to try and hurt them, and I know what it is for people needing their jobs, so I don't want to mess that up for ANYONE! That being said, this manager is not much of a manager in my eyes. I'm in this store 2 or 3 times a week. And have never been treated the way I've been treated the past 3 or 4 times I've been there. I have NEVER stolen ANYTHING a day of my life. This past Tuesday (08/01/2020) when I was there they had some jogging shorts half priced. I'm getting ready to have to spend a week in the hospital and was trying to think if those shorts would be comfortable to wear while there, and it helped they were only $4.00 after being half priced. After carrying them around while there, I finally took them and hung them back exactly were I got them. Went to the counter to pay for what I did get and this girl was at the counter, we spoke, and this stupid manager walked up asking "If I decided against those shorts, and what did I do with them"? Told her that I hung them back were I had got them. She didn't say OK, Thank You, or nothing. She just stood there starring at me. She watched me all the way out to my car. I got outside, ate a slim Jim while standing at my car, and just kept thinking about going back in and talking to her instead I came on home and just thought about it. Just the more I thought the more I would get upset. Just kept thinking I should not someone that stupid gets me that upset. Anyway, that's the third time this one girl, has gotten me down, just by being so RUDE! There always has to be that one apple on the tree that's bad. It really see that the other girls that work in there are good, very attentively. I hope they do better, because they are close to home, competitive prices."

"While shopping at Family Dollar for the flood victims of West Virginia, my cart was overflowing , and several of the customers ask the manager to help me get the items to my car. He said "we don't do West Virgina,West Virginia is banned from here". He was very rude..I struggled to get the items out the door, because they kept falling out onto the floor.After l managed to get all of the items in my trunk( without any help). I walked back into the store to return my cart, and thanked the manager for his help(NOT). I told him that I would never shop there again.He just laughed and said OK. I can't believe that you have this rude employee working at your store.Several of the other customers said they would not shop there any more because they are the ones that ask him to help me, and he refused..He would not tell us his name"
