"Christina, NP, accused me of abusing prescription drugs because she thought my 1 month supply of medication was supposed to be 3 months. She’s so incompetent that she actually doesn’t know how to count and turns around to accuse people of abusing prescription drugs and threatening to write it on my file. Because she can’t do basic math. The Medical assistant has a habit of hanging up on patients because patients get frustrated by her lack of responsibility and efficiency in speaking with the doctor and responding. These people are gross and dangerous. It’s extremely dangerous and irresponsible to mess around with people’s medications. Especially people with prescriptions like mine. They will end up seriously harming someone if nothing changes, which would not only cost all of them their licenses, but also massive lawsuits. Don’t go here! If you have Medicaid you can go to any Duke or Wake Med office. :)"
"Hands down, the most disrespectful, unprofessional, incompetent office staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. It’s almost as if being disrespectful and incompetent is a requirement for the position. No decorum whatsoever. I made an appointment here 3 weeks ago, while tearing my hair out trying to find an OB/GYN who wasn’t booking appointments a month out. This office was first on the list of providers I received from my insurance representative. I did not realize that it was only a PCP office, so I will take accountability for not catching that before even scheduling my appointment — however, when I called and lamented on the fact that I could not find an OB/GYN and needed prenatal care, and asked if I was calling the right office, they assured me they’d be able to take care of me. Multiple times this week, I got phone calls to confirm the appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow. I confirmed it days ago. Today I call the office just to make sure that I’m being seen for prenatal care, because something in the back of my mind told me to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time going to a primary care physician when that’s not what I needed. The girl — Christina I think her name was? Yeah, immediately cuts me off, then tells me that they need to reschedule my appointment anyway because they scheduled me during a time when the doctors are on admin breaks. Why tf was it even an option to schedule anyone for an appointment at that time if you know they aren’t even going to be in? So the fact that I was scheduled for an appointment that I didn’t need, after being told that I would be taken care of, and then to be told literally the day before the appointment that they can’t honor said appointment. I asked to speak to the reps supervisor at this point, because the girl tried to accuse me of yelling at her while I was using speakerphone… and then I actually DID start yelling, and sprinkled some profanity in to spice it up a bit because I was getting nowhere, she wasn’t providing any kind of useful information, answers, or explanations. She then proceeded to give me the runaround about getting her boss on the phone, before hanging up on me. I called back immediately, because I don’t think so, lady — and another one picked up to tell me that the office manager will call me back shortly to assist with a referral to an OB/GYN. I still haven’t heard from them at all, it’s been over 2 hours. Even if this were the ONLY physicians office that took my insurance in the state of North Carolina (and let’s all take a moment to thank god that it isn’t), I would rather die than have to deal with these people. I went through the list of healthcare providers from my insurance company again, and I was fortunate enough to find a doctors office with professionals who were actually helpful and able to accommodate what I need. Avoid this place like the plague, if you know what’s good for you and your sanity. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves."
"Called in today trying to get a hold of the NP at the Durham office, Spoke to the lovely receptionist Christina ( Newyork accent, Raleigh office I believe this is is her name) who is always very nice, polite and warming when I talk to her. It took two phone calls to the office before Jefferies the NP decided to call me. I spoke to her as I have previously called about my ongoing migraine issues, today while at work, I was having a very bad migraine and the medication she has given me, makes me very sleepy and I can only take it at night or in the daytime if I have called off work with a migraine and my kids are in school. I have small kids so again, this medication only helps when I am sleep because it makes me sleepy. She advised that she could not do anything for me, I would need to arrange someone to come and help me with my kids when I am having a migraine so that I can take the medication which is the ONLY medication she can give me for my issue. LIES! what a waste of time talking to her, she had no desire in her heart to help me, she told me to take Tylenol which obviously does nothing if I had to get to this point and call her. I have been waiting this entire time for a neurology consult that she never put it. So basically I am stuck to suffer a migraine until I go to bed tonight once my kids are sleep. I will be bringing this to the attention of management surely because this is not patient care, this is a heartless N.P who could careless about her patients. I am giving three starts because I have had encounters with other staff who were awesome. I will no longer be a patient of hers."

"And yet ANOTHER unwanted post mail from this company. Called number had my name removed from all databases in their company. Samantha could not even talk without wasting my time. Good suggestion I receive NO more postage mail from any caremore health. They are not part of government medicare Shame senior consumers are bothered by such all the time."
