"I don’t smoke a lot. But every once in a while I want to cigar or in this case a Vape. My friend who shops there frequently I was picking up her normal Cartons. So I asked her to pick me up an R&M vape. She does not buy them and the manager of the store did not warn her to try it before she left the store. So when she got to my home and I opened it up to use it it did not work. I return to the store and explain the situation to the manager and she refused to make the situation right. She claimed that once in all that has left the store she can’t do anything about it. My friend had no knowledge of this. And not to mention if I or she was to open the vape there and tried it and it didn’t work it would be the same concept. It looks exactly the same as it would have had it been opened at the store. So that’s just a lie!!!!! And she clearly didn’t care. I will never go back to that location. She clearly doesn’t care. It’s an absolute shame in this economy that she would treat a paying customer so in poorly. I highly recommend not going to this business!!!"
