"This place is HORRIBLE I still have nightmares about this staff . They’re incredibly rude and childish. This place has no structure. People sleeping on the job to patients almost dying . I was disrespected here physically and mentally. This should be a place of rest and I did not get that at this hospital."

"*Please read as they do not deserve 2 stars* This is based on my experience. It actually saddens me to leave this review. The best: the mental health techs (but ONLY the AM staff, all evening staff were always unwelcoming and inconvenienced by all of us). Zaija is an absolute Angel, she truly lifted everyone’s spirits, Tobias and Kim left a lasting impression on me, thank you both they deserve 5 stars alone. Ms. Cynthia is the mom I wish I had. Also thank you to Gail for being a great nurse. I appreciated the extended visitation on the weekends. It’s already hard enough to be in a mental hospital you NEED support. The worst: THE FOOD Scarlet— I could leave a completely separate review for her. She was my “social worker”. I arrived on a Wednesday afternoon about 2pm. They are supposed to make contact with you even if briefly shortly after your arrival. Wed, Thurs, Fri NOTHING. She never spoke to me. She was in the building the entire time. Only to be left through the weekend. I’ll tell you what this felt like-ABANDONMENT, I know it well. I was thrown into this place (thank heavens) and this lady who is supposed to be my guide said NOT A WORD. It took until Monday for me to request someone else (Thank you CJ I appreciate you so much) to even get a social worker. She never apologized. Never introduced herself, even after she was made aware of this “mistake”. I cannot believe something like this could happen to people who are in low spirits and feel the way that made me feel. NO ONE should “fall through the cracks” in this kind of facility. Scarlet, I hope you read this and I hope no one EVER feels the way you made me feel. No amount of complaints or google reviews will make up for the feeling of neglect I felt. I (and others) made multiple complaints about Matt one of the MH techs. He was an absolute nightmare to be around. After several complaints, he eventually “apologized” I just chucked it up to his age. He’s immature, insensitive and shouldn’t be around patients. If doing your job is “babysitting” get a new job. Your spirit is not meant to be in the medical field. While I feel okay upon discharge this left a foul impression on me. I will absolutely not recommend this place simply because of the way Scarlet “forgot” about me. Everyone else was a pleasure, they do listen to your needs, regardless of what these reviews say. I wish I hadn’t had the experience I had, but that cannot be changed I can only try to help the next person. You matter. Your mental health matters. If your loved one is struggling please help, however that may look for them. Thankfully, it saved my life."

"I was there for 8 days and they took really good care of me. The food wasn’t the best. Otherwise I was taken care of and I’m better! I would give 5 stars but 3 due to the food being disgusting."
