"The equipment of this gym is amazing, I love the differentiation, however the staff is probably the worst staff I’ve ever seen, it’s like they will just hire anybody. I had one guy at the front desk antagonize me stating “why don’t you come over here and do about it” after being disrespectful to me. Half of the staff doesn’t even care if you walk right in without verification of your identity or membership. If there is any drama the staff will become apart of it, taking sides instead of trying to stop it."

"I enjoy going every day. The gym easily accommodates everyone at all times of the day. Staff is so friendly and helpful that you never arrive or leave without a greeting. All the machines are new and now that the new expansion has completed the types of machines are endless. Classes are numerous and that includes classes for the full size pool. There are so many health activities available you can’t go wrong to check it out. With our weather up here I don’t have to miss any days working out."

"I paid for 6 months at a time. The second time they had me sign up on a kiosk and signed me up for year. No one will help me get it off and I am responsible for gym time I did not want or use. The management did not help me or take my complaint seriously"

"Overall the gym itself is nice and swimming lessons for my child went well, but there are a lot of downsides. I've never had a gym require a 12 month contract or cancellation fee. I've also never paid as much as I was charged here. On top of that I was not told it was a 12 month contract, just bi-weekly payments, so when I decided to cancel due to not having time and paying for something I can't use currently,I then found out online about the cancellation fee. Besides the money alone aspect, half the reason we went was for my child to swim and they aren't open much for the pool. I was very disappointed with the gym in general."
