"They overcharged me. The billing department never picked up the phone and responded to my voice messages. I contacted them several times since December and now it’s February I still haven’t received their call back. For root canal for only one of my teeth I paid over $1200 (out of pocket) even with insurance. Never had a chance to communicate with them about my overpayment. This review is for Triangle Endodontics - Dr. Safadi. Somehow they changed this page to Duke Health and changed the address from Cary to Durham. "I had a crown procedure at my normal dentist, with the possibility of a future root canal. Three weeks later, I had major tooth pain and called Duke as directed by my dentist. They had me in by 11am the next morning to relieve the pain. best possible experience you could ask for Dentist was very informative of the procedure and was very pleasant to deal with, as were all the staff members. I highly recommend this doctor and, should the need ever come again, will return."
