"First time at the location in Concord. I felt they were very thorough and did not dismiss my daughter despite being busy/chaotic. Serina was sent to administer medications and nose swabs and she had a lot of patience and empathy."

"SORRY!!! Nursing staff jokes around with each other rather than check regularly on a patient. My grandson was admitted to be observed because we thought he was having a seizure. The only one very thorough was the person who hooked up his EEG. I beep them when I think he is having one. They say they will document but no one comes in to check. They were supposed to come in and start his tube feeding, no one came in even after me and his nurse set up the times for his feeding, which I ended up starting myself or he would have been without. This Hospital should not have Levine name with it. It is nothing like Levine Children Hospital. They gave my grandson such wonderful care. I will definitely not be back here. Levine Children Hospital is Number One in my book."

"I was really disappointed overall in my son’s stay here. The room was clean, I loved the respiratory therapists and nurse practitioner (she was the saving grace of the whole experience) but the standards of care were poor. I did not feel like if he had gotten worse (which can happen very fast with RSV) that the nurse would have caught it or that it would have been managed well. It wasn’t my choice to go there from the ER and I wouldn’t honestly want to go back again."
