"Terrible experience not only do they want tk search you when you enter and prevent you from carrying any source of defense in a high crime area they also make you walk a mile from parking to the building. They have cut off patients from accessing the bridge to the building from the parking deck. They overcharge for every bit of care. And it's dirty in most of the building. dirty"

"My trip to Duke was a first for me.I was scheduled for an evaluation for lung transplant.Everyone my wife and I came into contact with couldn't have been more helpful and polite if they had too.My appointments were kept probably better than any I've had else where at anytime as far as I can remember.Appointments were moved around so I wouldn't be inconvienenced by having to wait a few hours in between.Some test went pretty smooth and didn't take as long as expected but as I said they kept me going without just lying around waiting.I just don't ever remember a place so large with so many different departments and so many people at different jobs,working to make you feel as if they are all there just for you.I was there and still cannot hardly believe how fantastic my experiencewas."
