"I frequently shop at the Octopus Garden in Weaverville and on Merrimon Ave, so I decided that while I was in the area on Friday that I would bring my parents into the shop for some supplies. To say that the girl helping that day was rude, would be an understatement. Fist of all, she had no idea what she was when it came to the products in the store. When my mom and dad had questions, her lack of knowledge became very apparent because she got defensive. The experience at this location was enough to make me not shop with this business again. I hope it was just a bad day on her, but I definitely won't be coming to this location again."
