"The worst pharmacy staff, un organized un proficinal ignorant .. and today was went beyond and still waiting,, its been 6 days my doctor called for med and still none cos none of them checked the phone!!!!! My phone num 717 315 …. Im in the cvs system and you can find me!!!"

"Pharmacy only: good luck getting them to answer the phone….They NEVER answer it or return voicemails to other pharmacies that you are trying to transfer your prescriptions to! Smh. Then when you walk in to check on the status of your prescription transfer all you get are excuses of why they can’t answer the phone or voicemails! They may have lower pharmacy prices but the pharmacy customer service is trash!!!! Your prescriptions will sit for over a week before they are filled as well! Stay away!"

"Major failure in filling prescriptions. My Dr called in a prescription 13 Sept 2023. I called to see if it was ready and was told they didn't have one. Flash forward to 9 Oct I went to my doc and they called after 0900 and verified the prescription was there and I could pick it up. At 1305 it wasn't ready. I came back at 1325 and the pharmacy was closed until 1400. I'll go back after 1400 and wait until I get my prescription. Needless to day I plan to find another pharmacy."

"I wish could give a little pinch of one of the corners of the stars. This place is the WORST I’VE EVER SEEN, shopped at, etc, etc. Most all the Pharmacist are just mean and ugly acting. The WORST BEING THE AA FEMALES THAT WORK THERE. Not to mention , they rarely get people’s prescriptions correct. Today I went in to purchase garbage bags, The tag that CVS has for that particular brand, was not only marked wrong, but it was hanging in the wrong area. After talking with Keylin, I have never been so disappointed as I am now, for wasting my time and money with these unhelpful, uncaring individuals. They never answer the telephone, a person be in hold for hours at a time, and instead of them apologizing, or trying to make it right, most of them get even more RUDE. Don’t worry CVS, I will my sure my friends, Family as well as myself shops at a place where we’re more Appreciated."

"No one answers the phone. Probably spent a total of a hour and a half waiting for someone to pick up the phone. To which no one answered. Even called the front desk and had the staff take my information. Three times!!! Dropped off a prescription on the 19th. It’s now the 22nd. Called corporate and was told it will be expedited and ready later that day (21st). It wasn’t. I have a broken foot. How can they prolong filling pain meds? The pharmacy is inconsiderate and very unprofessional. Do NOT go here. This place needs new staff/pharmacy management. I will be calling corporate again. If I could leave zero stars I would. Never again."
