EAST BURKE High school

"I attended East Burke from freshman to senior year! Like all schools, it has its flaws. The campus itself isn't particularly clean due to disrespectful students and there isn't a lot of communication between administration and faculty! But my four years at East Burke are definitely something I'll always remember. It is a great place to build friendships with not only other students but teachers as well."

"East Burke High School is the only school I can imagine attending. My father attended this school and my grandfather helped to build our amazing football stadium. Speaking of stadium, our athletic facilities are THE BEST in the county. Not even LRU has a football stadium as big as EBHS's. Our gym floor is absolutely beautiful. East Burke also has an outstanding weight room, that is open to all people, not just athletes. The faculty and staff are very personable and take time to understand their students. Mr. Smith is a wonderful administrator. The East Burke community is very close knit. I have no complaints about going to East Burke. The best four years of my life has revolved around the navy and white walls of EBHS."

"I have nothing against school or the football team or the head coach. He is a legend. But the assistant coaches and principal are pieces of crap the way they acted at west stokes friday night. I feel for the kids at that school with that kind of leadership. If I could have had a word with them after game they would not have had a pleasant ride home. No disrespect to the head coach but I hope east lincoln kicks your behinds this coming Friday. No class at all."

"I am a Sophomore...almost a Junior and I love the School but the organization and Management of this School just Suck there is a Certain biased view among faculty and it's not a very diverse school but its more diverse then it used to be. tbh the only reason I go there is because my Parents did, but I hate it so much I wouldn't mind going to a different school..."

"As a former student of East Burke High School, I can express my opinion about this school in a very demeaning way. For one, the school's community is very distasteful, some school officials have a sense of inferiority with a major bias towards other school officials rather than students leading to what I would like to call it tyranny, I've seen this misconduct of several school officials, if not some then at least one, and even bullying. There are more I could say about this school, but I feel like my reasons of disliking this school was very one sided and doesn't express what other students have to say about how great our school is."
