"The cabin was a nice size. However be sure you contact them for every problem you have during your stay. Even though their instructions clearly state somethings aren’t emergencies. When I got ready to go to bed at 1am in the morning there was pet hair in the bed as well as a dog toy still hanging in the room. The beds were full of urine stains on the mattress covers and pillows(disgusting) found upon checkout. I’m sure the cleaning crew saw that if they actually changed the sheets. The pool was ice cold and we were told it was set at 75 (felt like 55) and couldn’t be adjusted. There was only one jacuzzi VRBO said it has 2. Be sure to cross reference the listings. The theater room was missing a remote (be sure to look for all remotes upon arrival). The game system was not working (be sure to call) The cabin was large but not worth the money we paid. I spoke with a rep and was basically told sorry there is no kind of compensation (I would have been happy even if she had offered me a water through the phone)I actually took responsibility for my part in not calling to report every detail but was told there was nothing they could do because they weren’t allowed the opportunity to correct the problem. I guess they were going to bring in the other jacuzzi and again tell me to F off about the cold indoor pool in the mountains. I forgot to mention we couldn’t enjoy the living room because the sun made it hot and there was no blinds or window coverings (the view was nice though). I’ve been to multiple cabins in Tennessee and never experienced this next time I will stick with the names I know. I never complain or post bad reviews but when there’s not even a little compassion $3800 and didn’t enjoy the amenities. I’m pissed."

"My husband and I walked in browsing couple days ago the girl at register was very friendly and helped me out I told her she was the first one that had greeted us as soon as we stepped in I was very happy with service and we made a great purchase they’ve amazing deal on simply southern sherpas I would recommend and come back again for sure!"

"Very rude customer service!! Bought a bathing suit yesterday and went back today to get a different size or possible return and the lady was very rude and said final sale. Look at receipt. We looked and at very bottom in small print it says this but we didn’t know this during purchase as no signs are displayed nor did she tell us this during check out. Will never give them business again."

"Girl was on FaceTime the whole time. I asked to take my son to the bathroom and was told the closest one was a block down the road. They sale Nine Line but every shirt they had was $30 and they are $20 on their website. I found this store over priced and the lady was rude."
