"I won a collar of my choice in the Gianni Cooling Thanksgiving giveaway. I was so excited that I upgraded my dog’s Fi device to match the new collar. I knew the shop owner was busy, so reached out after the holidays to ask about an ETA. She assured me it would come soon. I followed up again and was told she forgot about me, but that she would work on the order soon. After another couple weeks, I gave up and looked for a new shop to order from. I understand the giveaway was free, but if I had received my order, I would have been a repeat customer. Especially since I’d previously purchased a Fi collar from Gianni Cooling. Everyone raves about the quality of these collars, but because of the customer service, I won’t go back. Update: The shop owner reached out to apologize. She also sent my collar, which wasn’t expected and an extra item to match, which was totally unnecessary, but very thoughtful. Although I’m bummed it took so long, I’m adjusting my shop rating from two stars to four."
